This year’s AJ100 will celebrate the resilience and achievements of the UK’s largest architectural practices in these most difficult times. As well as looking at how practices have responded to the pandemic, the AJ100 will also continue to focus on the climate emergency.
Now in its 26th year, the AJ100 is a firm fixture in the architecture calendar and serves as a definitive record of the UK’s largest architecture practices. The top 100 practices, measured by number of architects employed in the UK, are invited to join us for the annual awards at the AJ100 Festival taking place 20 - 22 September, when the winners of the dedicated AJ100 award categories are revealed.
Practices that are ranked in the top 100 will also be published in the special AJ100 issue and invited to attend our AJ100 Club events over the course of 2021/2022.
The AJ100 Festival is free-to-attend and offers a three day programme of celebration and learning centred around the year’s AJ100 practices, our 2021 award winners and inspirational speakers pioneering new ways of practice.
The daily festival programme features AJ100 awards announcements, case studies, interviews, panel talks and virtual fringe events all focused on cutting-edge sustainability. The AJ100 Festival provides the chance to not only join us in celebrating this year’s winners, but also to gain valuable insights as we shine a spotlight on the practices and individuals pushing for meaningful social and environmental change in a challenging time.
