Join City Architecture Forum and HB Reavis to view Worship Square, 65 Clifton Street, a 140,000 sqft office building which is net zero carbon in construction and operation.
Designed by Make Architects and delivered by JM Architects the majority of the building has been let to global technology firm Wise who will join Frontier Economics as occupiers. HB Reavis' has also delivered managed workspace "Ready to Work", and its cowork company, HubHub, will welcome members into its new space within Worship Square.
The project is within easy reach of Shoreditch, Old Street and The City of London which HB Reavis calls a 'planet-friendly project that’s a decade ahead of its time' and features over 9,000 sq ft terraces including c.3,000 sq ft of communal terrace.
The building is targeting a fully net zero carbon status, BREEAM Outstanding, EPC Rating A, WELL Platinum, has a certified ‘Design Reviewed Target Rating’ of 5* NABERS with potential to enhance to a 5.5* rating. Worship Square has already achieved SmartScore Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.
This event will consist of a short presentation by Make, HB Reavis and JM Architects, followed by a building tour.
