This term has, over the years, been interpreted so broadly that its meaning often feels redundant. Yet its impact is undeniable: mentees are 78% more likely to engage in civic participation and 130% more likely to hold leadership positions within their fields.

Dhruv Gulabchande is Founder of the award-winning non-profit mentoring and research platform Narrative Practice. He is also Associate and Architect at HFM Architects, Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins, and Design Studio Tutor at Syracuse University London.
