Join us for a full-day symposium where architects and academics explore how transforming architectural practices can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable future.
Decolonising Architecture: Reimagining Spaces and Histories will explore the intersections of architecture, colonial history, and decolonisation efforts. The symposium provides a platform for architects, academics, historians and academics to discuss and share strategies for transforming architectural practices and narratives to reflect more inclusive, equitable, and culturally sensitive approaches.
Held over one day, the programme will feature, keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops and building tours.
Decolonising Architecture: Reimagining Spaces and Histories aims to foster a critical dialogue and create actionable frameworks for rethinking architectural practices in a post-colonial context.
