In a post-Covid society, how can design be used to create inspiring public spaces that will support everyone to age healthier and happier?

'Designing a world for everyone' is the first of a talks series entitled 'Designing for your future self' which invites audiences of all ages to join designers, innovators, researchers and ageing humans to explore the ideas, trends and passions that are shaping our future lives through a combination of expert insights, panel debates and interactive discussions.

Curated by Design Age Institute, these thought-provoking sessions will explore the power of innovative design to help everyone age with agency and joy.

For this first session, researchers, designers and policymakers from Design Age Institute and beyond will discuss how in a post-Covid society, design has the potential to transform our towns, cities and public spaces to enable thriving intergenerational communities that will support everyone to connect, thrive and age happier and healthier.
