On Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 April, we are hosting a Spring Open Weekend with a pin-up of drawings. Curated by the DM team, the pin-up will show the breadth of the collection, including drawings and models dating from the 1530s to the 2010s. All are welcome.

About
Drawing Matter explores the role of drawing in architectural thought and practice through workshops for students and practitioners, exhibitions and loans, publications and public events. In Autumn 2024, we moved from Shatwell Farm, Somerset, and are now based in Smart’s Place, Central London.
Central to our activities is the Drawing Matter Collection of many-thousand drawings, which has been assembled over 25 years and dates from the 16th Century to the present, with a particular focus on exploring the processes of architectural design and production.
