This webinar, part of The Changing Face of London, will present lessons learned from the last 15 years of retail-led development in the capital and how the sector is planning to face future flux.

Over the last decade and a half, the retail sector has undergone fundamental structural changes. From the successful development of global shopping centres to the urgent need to revitalise our local high streets, the responsive evolution of the sector can be clearly traced in some of London’s new and established retail districts.

With the ongoing shift away from brick-and-mortar retail into the digital landscape – a disruption accelerated by covid-19 – the sector has the chance to learn from this last 15 years and reinvent itself amidst future challenges.
