Curated by Creative Directors Amos Goldreich and Parag Prasad, this year’s Guerrilla Tactics Conference explores how small practices build thriving businesses while balancing the directors' and teams' wellbeing.
Exploring how practice leaders shape a culture where everyone's time is valued and respected, inefficiencies and scope creep are guarded against, and clients understand the value architects add. It will investigate the viability of a shorter work week, how team members can be empowered to improve job satisfaction and benefit the business, offer practical tips for improving communication with clients and teams and for remaining calm under pressure.
The CPD programme will offer 16 seminars covering all ten RIBA Core Curriculum topics, with engaging sessions from expert practitioners on practice relevant issues. Sessions will be recorded and made available for later on demand viewing for delegates.
