Running alongside his current exhibition 'New Dawn for Europe', photographer Paul Raftery will be in conversation with Paul Betts, Oxford University Professor of Modern European History, and architecture critic and writer, Cathy Slessor.

Their discussion will focus on public spaces, the history of these spaces for uniting people and how they have been documented over the years.

‘New Dawn for Europe’ is a stunning collection of photographs by renowned architectural photographer Paul Raftery. Taking him across 9 countries over 3 years he shot sites where democracy manifested itself, where people of all ages came together to demand political change. Each site was shot at the same time of day, the break of dawn, the beginning of a new day, the beginning of a new political era.

Guests are welcome to arrive from 5pm for a chance to view the exhibition and have a drink, the talk will start at 5:30pm.

Tickets are free but please register.
