Listening to people and understanding their aims is the most effective approach to delivering projects that serve the community; and yet, it’s a real struggle for groups to find the funding and support they need. Despite the difficult circumstances we find ourselves in, some grassroots organisations, charities and designers have developed strategies to empower and facilitate local health and prosperity.

A series of short presentations will be delivered at this event to inspire and demonstrate the possibilities of community action when carefully planned and nurtured, followed by a group discussion and a Q&A.

Speakers include:

• Rob Fiehn, Director of the London Society (chair)

• Pedro Gil, Studio Gil

• Sophia de Sousa, the Glass-House

• Adam Irvanipour, Future Changemaker, Camden Giving
