Postcards from the Diaspora

Led by Ubah Cristina Ali Farah, this writing workshop will invite participants to create a portrait representing a woman who has inspired them, using either images or text. We will use an extract from a text written by Cristina, called Dance of the Oryx, which was produced in response to the idea of creating portraits through text.

This event is free, but spaces are limited and booking is required. This event will take place on Zoom; attendees will be sent a link, text and guidelines ahead of the event.
