Join the Royal Academy Dorfman Award finalists for a workshop that invites creative interventions to RA buildings.

Every building has its overlooked spaces or areas that just don’t work as intended. However, even small architectural interventions can change this and bring new life to historic buildings. In this workshop, we’ll take a closer look at some of the hidden or overlooked areas at the Royal Academy and invite you to propose how they could better serve a contemporary gallery and its audiences.

You’ll join the RA Dorfman Award finalists and get a closer look at how architects work and respond to a brief. This will be an opportunity to work closely with the finalists and get first-hand experience of their different approaches, how they tackle collaboration and solve problems, all within a small group.
