Buckley Gray Yeoman, ElliottWood and Simten will share their innovative approach at Giltspur Street, situated within the St Paul’s viewing corridor and sat above Roman ruins.

Unable to extend upwards or downwards but wanting to retain the existing building and add additional net internal area, they decided to add a new internal floor without demolishing either of the existing ones. Join us for this session where they will explain how they intend to save carbon and reduce waste by retaining the existing slabs and jacking them in place. They will also describe how they intend to achieve NABERS 5* by retaining and upgrading the existing fabric and installing high performance services.
