In this talk Wilson will discuss his major works, which are often characterised by concerns with size and structural daring, and draw heavily for their inspiration from the worlds of engineering and construction.

He not only challenges the boundaries of sculptural form and the function of the gallery space, but also the perimeters of architectural space, extending it by pushing its outward, inward and upward. Annely Juda Fine Art gallery, introducing Stealing Space. his exhibition there, in 2017, said his ‘work offers a new perspective on everyday spaces, forcing us to re-evaluate our surroundings and to look again’.
