Starting and ending at Temple Bar, the route includes St Paul's, St Mary-le-Bow, St Mary Aldermary, Guildhall Yard, Goldsmiths' Hall, Christchurch Greyfriars, Cutlers' Hall and Stationers' Hall.

The tour includes privileged access to the interior of Wren’s Temple Bar.
